We adhere to the AIC's Gluten-Free Eating Out project since 2013

Since 2013 we have been part of the network of the Italian Celiac Association (AIC) for 'gluten-free out-of-home food' and have been informed by AIC about the preparation of gluten-free meals. Food for celiacs is stored in a special area and prepared with great care in an exclusively gluten-free kitchen. Naturally, our hotel offers only controlled products to its celiac guests using the appropriate equipment. This service has been conceived in full respect of a good traditional cuisine, with an eye to the health and well-being of our guests.

There will be no need to notify those with celiac disease because our cuisine will be completely GLUTEN-FREE.
